For decades, the only way to clean or inspect a building’s exterior has been to lower down a person from a BMU at the top of the building. 2BM Services exclusively operates with robots that break this paradigm thoroughly – light weight and portable, needs no other equipment on the roof, and uses AI to work autonomously meaning that one person can deploy multiple robots to the building’s facades and let the robots do the rest.
Once they’re done, the building owner not only has a clean building but also a digital scan of the building exterior, which can be used to document the exterior health and identify any issues before they become risks.
We train best-in-class employees from the high-rise window cleaning industry as well as rope-access technicians to provide our service, making sure the highest level of safety and operations are maintained.

The data from the unit is fed to the data hub, which analyses the surface in real time. These datasets become the backbone of digital twin of the building that enable us to inform ownership in predicting when service or repairs are needed.
